Northridge High School Community,
On behalf of Northridge High School, greetings and welcome to students and families as we begin the 2017-18 school year. I want to express a special welcome to the class of 2021 who have earned their way to NHS for the first time and also to new students who have joined our district. As Principal, I believe strongly that each student that walks through the doors of Northridge High School wishes not only to feel safe, secure, and valued, but also to experience success. As educators, our role is to provide all students security, opportunities, and an environment that promotes learning. Our ultimate goals for all students are indicated in our Northridge Vision and Mission Statements.
VISION: Our vision is to ensure that every student reaches their fullest potential.
MISSION: Our mission is to empower all students with the knowledge and skills necessary to be college and career ready.
As we begin our school year, I encourage all students to take advantage of the many academic, co-curricular, extra-curricular, and leadership opportunities that Northridge High School offers. Parents, please continue to take part in your child’s educational experience by checking grades on Progress Book, watching assignments on Google Classroom, attending school activities, and contacting your child’s teachers and me with any questions or concerns. It is a privilege to serve you in the Northridge Local School District. It's a Great Day to be a Viking!
