Northridge Café

At Northridge, we’re serving every Viking with nutritious meals and a smile. Our Café team is dedicated to providing delicious, balanced options that keep students energized and ready to learn, grow, and thrive. Explore the sections below to learn about meal service, menus, and how to manage your child’s account.

Free Meals for All Students

All Northridge students enjoy free breakfast and lunch—no applications required. As a Provision 2 school, Northridge is able to provide healthy meals for all students at no cost.

Learn more about Provision 2 through the Ohio Department of Education and the USDA School Meals Program.

Dietary Needs

If your child has allergies or specific dietary needs, please provide documentation from their physician to the school nurse. This helps our staff offer safe and appropriate menu substitutions. Doctor forms are available upon request.

Cashless Café & Managing Meal Accounts

To make lunch lines faster and easier, the Northridge Café operates as a cashless system:

  • Cash is not accepted at meal service lines.

  • Checks are accepted at the register.

  • Online payments for snacks and extras can be made through PaySchoolsCentral.

    • You’ll need your child’s student ID number (found on their schedule).

    • Funds are only required for snacks, drinks, and additional items beyond the free meal program.

Managing Meal Accounts
When adding funds online, please allow up to 24 hours for the balance to update. To make managing your child’s account easier, we recommend:
  • Setting low-balance alerts

  • Using auto-replenish for convenience

  • Checking account balances regularly

These tools help ensure your child always has funds available for snacks and extras while enjoying the free meals provided by the school.
