Kindergarten Registration

We are excited that your child will be starting their journey as a Northridge Viking!

Kindergarten registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open.

Kindergarten Eligibility
Per Northridge Local School District Policy 5112, children are eligible for kindergarten if they turn five (5) on or before August 20, 2026, the first day of school.
 
Current Northridge Preschool Families
Students currently attending Northridge Preschool should NOT complete this process at this time. Preschool families will complete the annual update process in July, along with all returning students.

Getting Started

Kindergarten registration is completed online through FinalForms.

Step 1: Create a Parent Account

  1. Visit: https://northridgejohnstown-oh.finalforms.com

  2. Click Parent Icon → New Account

  3. Enter your name, date of birth, and email, then click Register

  4. Check your email to confirm your account and create a password

Step 2: Register Your Student

  1. Click Register Student

  2. Enter your child’s legal name and required information

  3. Complete and submit all required forms

Once all forms are submitted, you will see Forms Finished. You may log in anytime to update your information.

Step 3: Prepare Required Documents

All Students

  • Proof of Residency (mortgage statement, lease agreement, or utility bill)

  • Immunization Records

Preschool Students Only

  • Physical Examination Form

  • Dental Screening

If Applicable

  • Custody or guardianship documentation

  • Special education paperwork (IEP, 504 Plan, ETR/MFE, Gifted Identification)

  • Free & Reduced Meal Application

Important:
Only legal residents of the district may enroll. Misrepresentation of residency may result in prosecution.
