Varsity Baseball Coach, High School
Northridge Middle School is seeking a motivated and student-centered leader to serve as Varsity Head Baseball Coach for the 2026 school year. Our program values competitive excellence, strong team culture, and academic success.
- The Coach will lead the High School Varsity Baseball team, oversee skill development, promote sportsmanship and character, and ensure compliance with all district and OHSAA regulations.
- Applicants must have or be willing to obtain all required certifications and background checks.

The selected candidate will be expected to attend summer rehearsals, after-school practices, football games, and other performances throughout the season. With marching band experience, responsibilities include assisting with music rehearsals, sectionals, and marching technique. Without marching band experience, responsibilities mainly include helping with various administrative tasks. The Northridge Marching Band is a hybrid show-style band with approximately 90 members.
Any applicant with a musical background and/or marching band experience is encouraged to apply. Applicants without such experience who are passionate about working with middle/high school students and have administrative skills are also encouraged to apply.
