College Credit Plus is a program that gives high school/middle school students in grades 7–12 an opportunity to be enrolled in both high/middle school and college coursework at the same time.
Students must qualify academically and the tuition will be paid by Northridge Local Schools. For the student who is eligible for College Credit Plus, he/she must be academically ready for college-level courses and be willing to follow the procedures outlined by the university while still in high/middle school.
Ohio's College Credit Plus (CCP) program has advantages and risks for students.
Advantages- Earn college credit: Students can earn college credit while still in high school
- Save time: Students can graduate from college faster
- Explore areas of study: Students can take classes that aren't available at their high school
- Flexibility: Students can move through courses at their own pace
- Structure: Students can benefit from the structure of traditional high school courses
Risks
- Academic record: Students create a permanent academic record
- Grades: Poor grades can affect college admission and financial aid
- Reimbursement: Students may need to reimburse the cost of tuition and books if they fail a course
- Writing skills: Students may not develop strong writing skills
- Job market: Students who finish college early may have a challenging job search
- Time commitment: Students may have less time for extracurricular activities and jobs
Other Considerations
- Not all CCP courses transfer to private or out-of-state institutions

Selective Service
Almost all male U.S. citizens, and male aliens living in the U.S., who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service. It's important to know that even though he is registered, a man will not automatically be inducted into the military. In a crisis requiring a draft, men would be called in sequence determined by random lottery number and year of birth. Then, they would be examined for mental, physical and moral fitness by the military before being deferred or exempted from military service or inducted into the Armed Forces. Failure to register may make a student ineligible for Federal and/or State student loan and grant programs, including Pell Grants, Federal Work Study, and Stafford Loans. For more information, follow the link below.

Most job applicants and employers understand the purpose of a resume, but its potential uses for both parties go further. People send their resumes to employers with open positions, exhibiting their skills and other qualifications.
The goal and overall purpose of a resume is to introduce your qualifications and skills to employers. It's an informational document that tells your career story, outlining all details in an easily read format. Resumes also hold meaning within themselves.
